Freshman year at LSCPA: Played in 51 games, finishing as the team's leader in batting average with a .383. She had eight doubles and a school record 17 home runs. Had 62 hits, second only to returning teammate Kayla Sheridan. Had the most runs batted in for the season with 60, also a school record. Her six home runs in NJCAA Region 14 play established another school record. Won first team All-NJCAA Region 14 and All-NJCAA Region 14 South Zone honors.

 

High School: Played for Flour Bluff High School in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was named to the UIL District 30-5A All-District first team as a catcher and was selected the All-South Texas Most Valuable Player..

 

Personal: Daughter of Jacob Perez and Valarie Garcia, she has five brothers (Joran, Aiden, Darion, Davyn and Ethan) and four sisters (Kaitlyn, Raleigh, Miabella and Zamyah). Majoring in Nursing.
